I appreciate your considering reading this blog on the book Formation Generation, by Robert "Bob" Kurz.
To me, it is more respectful and kind to let you decide how much to read by providing a link in the email versus tossing a sizeable email into your inbox.
If you know me, you know of my personality, one of zany, goofy humor. Yet, this blog is 100% opposite that. I beseech you to read it thoroughly, considering such. My passion in this will be intense (in a postive way); very intense, deep, and solemn.
The title of the book is Formation Generation.
The author is Robert "Bob" Kurz.
On Tuesday, March 3, Formation Generation will be available from Amazon.com for $12.49 (plus s/h), and it is on this specific day I am requesting and encouraging you to consider purchasing the book (the ship time says 1 to 2 months; Amazon's records are not up-to-date; they have copies available.)
Bob is personal friend, and my family and I enjoy hanging with Bob, his wife, and our kids play together.
My 'connection' to the book, other than knowing Bob, was merely helping him from time to time with technological aspects of his computer(s) he used to write the book. Not meant as a brag-point, merely honored to have been a simple part in it.
Formation Generation is a book giving Dad's & Mom's an incredible plan to pray for their pre-born child.
Yet, this book is more than just for expecting Parents.
Formation Generation is for anyone, single or otherwise, who desires to seek the blessing of children from God; including single guys and gals. Seriously.
Even more-so, this book is for anyone wanting to pray for those whom they know are expecting a blessing of children from our Lord.
Even more-so than this, Formation Generation is a great book for parents to talk with their younger kids 5+ years old. about raising God's children. I look forward to having Formation Generation in our family's study time.
We sadly live in a society wherein generation upon generation is put to death before they are born. Our nation's current Leadership (Executive, some in Judicial, and many in the Legislative Branch) condone and encourage this reprehenisble action. We, as Christian parents, are to raise up our children knowing Christ. Formation Generation prepares us even before the time the pregnancy is known.
Our nation was formed with godly generations, formed of godly families, with families raising their children godly. It's time, once again, to re-form our nation with godly generations.
I have had the honor of reading some Formation Generation while it was being written, of personally sitting with Bob and listening to his deep passion of what Formation Generation is about. This is is not meant as bragging by any means, as words can not convey how sincere I am about what Formation Generation is all about: our children, nay, our Lord's Children of whom we are responsible to upbring in His Word.
At the Book Opening ceremony, it was requested we (who were at the ceremony) ask others to buy 3 copies, this to raise the order stats on Amazon to push Formation Generation into the Top 100 Best Sellers. This would then get book reviewers to consider reviewing Formation Generation more quickly, and other media attention.
Candidly, I don't like these types of requests in general. Though, for me personally, this is different.
Why would anyone want to buy 3 copies? Certainly, at least 1 for yourself. Perhaps 1 for a family member or friend (single, dating, or married). Who'd get the 3rd one?
Perhaps some of us have another family member or friend who would do well to receive a copy.
Once you read Formation Generation, I'm of strong confidence you'd desire to keep a copy for yourself, and further desire several others you know who would greatly benefit reading & having Formation Generation. I can't believe I'm about to write this: The cost is too great for a pre-born child to be lost.
I've written this entire email myself, receiving compensation for "marketing" Formation Generation. Bob has no idea I'm even sending this out (until he reads his own copy of it!).
